POS Logger Verifone

We are seeking a freelancer to modify a Verifone 7000MPD, Which will consist of customizing or making your own chip for the device. The information that is needed is track data 1,2,&3, Please understand that before bidding, The device will have to read the magnetic card swipes, and the pin before being encrypted with the time stamp. This system will be used for logging transactions. Bluetooth and other means of obtaining the pre-encrypted data will be needed. Serious engineers and programmers only whom are familiar with the project will know what im talking about. So that this is made very clear WE NEED TRACK 1&2 DATA TO BE SENT EITHER VIA SMS TEXT MESSAGE OR SENT OUT VIA BLUETOOTH ALONG WITH THE PIN DATA. IF YOU CANNOT DO THAT WITHIN 2-4 WEEKS PLEASE DO NOT BID. Thank You
