Dear all, I can do this for you using a node.js application which can be compiled into exe if necessary (but I suggest keeping it as a script if at all possible to improve stability and cut development costs). The solution would imply that clients connect and keep a persistent connection (or connect periodically) to a broker server which would distribute messages as necessary. This will work without the need to reconfigure in-between routers which seems as a pretty impossible task to do reliably.
