RFID tracker with connectivity to bluetooth enabled speakers

I would like an RFID sensor paired to an RFID tag that is built with Arduino and equipped with Bluetooth connectivity so that it can transmit an alarm sound to a Bluetooth enabled speaker. The permissible distance of the tag from the sensor must not exceed four feet. Going beyond four feet triggers the alarm. Components must be battery powered, perhaps with a CMOS style battery.
