2D Character design

Hi. I am looking for someone to help me create reference images for a character that I am animating. I will need a bunch of different facial expressions from Front, Profile, and 3/4 perspective. I am looking for the same type of reference images as in this video: [login to view URL] If you are not able to deliver the same type of both quality and expression, please do not apply. The character: It's a really simple design as it is a rendition of a Rimworld Pawn. (from the game Rimworld) Only eyes will be necessary for the expressions, no mouth or anything else. I have attached a few screenshots from the game of the character and also my preliminary animation design. I'm pretty good at animating, as long as I have character references to animate from, but I am not very good at designing those references. I am not really happy with the eyes I have made so far either, so I'd probably like you to see if you can't come up with a better design, to get some more "life" into them or something. Feel free to completely rework the rest of the design too if you wish. Just as long as the original character is recognizable. The important part is that the character "pops" and doesn't look flat or boring. The character is an unlikely hero, who is thrown into an impossible situation. He is withdrawn, and anti-social but we root for him because of his wit, determination, and unwillingness to give up. I will need the most common facial expressions, each from those three angles. So around 10-12 expressions x 3. I will need to see a sample sketch from you of at least one such expression to determine that you are in fact able to do this. This is a requirement.
