The aim of the project is 1. Create and Excel Sheet into which data can be populated from a Practice Management System 2. The Excel sheet must be detailed enough to break down sales by category and COGS by category 3. Consumable data from COGS must be captured in inventory module and purchase invoice generated with threshold is reached. 4. The data captured in this spreadsheet to be imported into QBO along with bank feed. Actual expense not related to production must be captured under in a separate area under expenses titled YaYa (To distinguish add backs etc and to be able to analyses YaYa ratio to revenue etc eg: staff training, staff facilities, directors earning etc) 5. The spread sheet when done must capture last 24 months of data into QBO 6. The break down has to be detailed to make informed management decisions on service codes that are most profitable, trend analysis to increase lead generation all aimed to maximise GP 7. A financial cockpit as attached must be created using the data for analysis and business optimisation Please note you must have experience of using QBO. I will reluctantly consider Xero. I am not interested in anything else. The financial cockpit can be done using excel
