MODEL OF OPEN ECONOMY in Matlab. To implement model RBC widen of open economy that is foreign trade. Model is described in chapter 13.1 book that I can borrow you "ABC of RBC". I also need some interpretation of the model that you will do in Matlab. Without print screens from Matlab and the file from Matlab I want 2 to 3 pages description of a model. 1. Write equation and establish stationary state. 2. Calibrate model so that basic realtions (investment and capital to product, compensation/salary for labour and capital, employment etc. fullfill correlations that we observe in data. Also you need to justify the choice of other parameters of the model for example by proper recall to litrature. 3. Add basic shocks (productivity shock and one more specific for the model) 4. Describe a model (its basic features, reaction function to shocks to different variables). Especially describe like an economist why different variables react this way not another focusing on this variables that are additional in relation to basic model of RBC.
