Customize Wordpress page using Divi theme

I need a freelancer to customize my Wordpress page using Divi. I will provide a detailed guide, using both a word document with images and a recorded screencast explaining exactly what we would like done to our site. The site will consist mainly of placeholder content. Some of the items we will need are sections for: - Video + opt-in (call to action) - Client logos in a grid or slider format - Text - Portfolio (grid with videos) - Testimonials The Divi theme has already been installed. We're also seeing that our site is loading up in Chrome but not in Internet Explorer so the freelancer must be able to fix that issue as well (probably a very small fix).
