Build a Wordpress Site using Thrive Themes

We would like a freelancer to build out our site in Wordpress using Thrive themes. We have the theme and have access to stock images/icons so that will all be provided! Our company is a animated video business and our logo color is blue and we'd like our color palette to reflect that. The two things that matter most to us is that the website be a high converting website and also design. Most of the site will be on 1 page.
