I would want Shibboleth to be setup as an IDP using puppet. There is already a source code in github I would want to continue the same and use puppet to build the IDP and export the public certificate which can be consumed by Service Provider which can sign the message with the public cert. I'm guessing it's relatively simple, but I don't really have that much experience with character/cartoon style animation so I'm not that good with the puppet tool or anything like that. Anyway! It's an animation of a fish swimming onto screen, doing a little back-flip (as if jumping out of the water) and then coming to rest in a certain position. A .png of the fish is attached and a .png of the resting position of the fish is attached. The animation is traditional classic Disney style, very fluid full animation at 24fps. No any puppet or tweening. There are various characters and the assistance needed ranges as well as amount of animation per character.
