I need an application that will run on a server. This application would block all IP addresses connecting from clients. The only way to be unblocked would be if the client's IP was on a whitelist. This whitelist would be from a database on a website forums. The client would have to register to the forums with his IP address. Once the client has registered connections to the server could be made under his IP. I understand that IP addresses change so there should be an option to renew the IP but not add more IPs. The sole purpose of this script is to protect the server from Denial of Service attacks.
