Need to replace the water supply system to all units, 12" main at meter, 8" distribution lines, 1 - 3" branch depending on unit count for building. Also need to replace 25 of the 55 sewer lines due to root damage. Replacement from exterior clean out to the sewer main in street. As property owner we own and control the utilities on the property. Need a complete scope and stamped engineered working drawings for both projects. Original site plan attached.

The project involves optimization of cycle time for production of saturated polyester in ASPEN tool. The product capacity will be increased by rationalization of cycle time with sensitivity analysis, reducing energy and capital cost with increased product quality.
This project is to come up with a full plant design of Dimethyl Ether Production plant including the plant and equipment sizing. I have already found some of the Dimethyl Ether Plant Production information from a textbook attached below. However, more information is needed and it has to be done in Aspen HYSYS as well. Project 1: Design a sour water stripping unit to remove ammonia and hydrogen sulfide from sour water streams. You can include two to three sour water streams and assume they are coming from different unit operations at different flow rate. Mix all these three streams using a mixing unit (this is not required, still please add this unit if you can). Store the fluid mixture from the mixing unit in a storage tank. The stream that comes out of storage tank should be cooled using water as cooling agent. The cooled sour water from the heat-exchanger should be fed to the stripper.
