I have been passionate about Technology and Writing, throughout my life. Over a career spanning two decades in the Indian IT Industry, I have written complete Requirements, Test Plans & Test Cases for software applications, User Manuals for Client/Server and Web Based applications. I have also written several proposals detailing company capabilities (for my ex-employers, typically, software development companies) which have won deals worth millions of dollars in US/Europe/Asia. I have developed marketing collateral for use in multiple media - brochures/flyers/mailers/posters/print media ad copy/web content etc. I have written a number of articles (with a business slant) on local periodicals. While the bulk of my work has been in showcasing software development capabilities and allied professional services (across the world), I also have experience in marketing Computer Training, Cloud based applications to Enterprises and Real Estate (Indian Market). In my day job, I am a Real Estate Marketer, based out of Chennai, Southern India. For the past two years, I have been selling apartments in Chennai. I am authorized to sell over a 100 projects, from around 50 builders. I have an incisive understanding of the Indian Real Estate Market, with a particular focus on Chennai. I am a quick study and I enjoy getting up to speed in new domains, fast. My technical writing is clear and pragmatic while my marketing material is aggressive. I work well with little direction and I am realistic with my estimates.
