A new person can provide innovative approaches to the challenges of providing excellent customer service. I am an innovator of new ideas and an excellent communicator with both internal and external customers. Hence, I am applying for any available post that suits you. I have been working as a receptionist/dental assistant for over 8 years where my duties include successfully assisting clients (patients) over the phone and in-person providing guidance, filing, and processing payments also provide support with their needs. I have also been a Customer Service and sales agent (Chat and Voice Agent) for over 4 years. I think that these qualities acquired to make me suitable for this position as all of the roles provided email support in a mass form. I am a diligent individual who understands the meaning of efficiency and has no difficulty in completing any project or task assigned to me. I have a very strong desire to be successful at any endeavor and I believe that this desire and my experiences; will work well with the objectives your company has laid out.
