Hi,
My name is Monica, I am from Colombia and a native Spanish speaker. I have a bachelor's degree in social work (which I studied in Colombia), and a master's degree in social work from United States. I lived in the US for seven years, where I worked as a camp counselor and outdoor educator on different YMCA camps. While I worked there, I was able to learn English vocabulary and concepts regarding all sorts of sports, as well as biology, chemistry and other subjects.
Also, during my master's degree, I learned many concepts related to social services, humanities, individual and group therapy, the DSM, organizational management, and more.
These knowledge and skills have allowed me to do translation and interpreting services for individuals and organizations, in areas such as tourism, business management, social projects, architecture, and even poultry, among others, whether they are emails, manuals, reports, academic documents, in-person translations, and also interpreting in international conferences for foreign speakers.
All my experience has helped me provide high-quality translation projects from English to Spanish and viceversa.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information or if you have any questions.
Have a great day!
