I completed my B.A. (hons) in English Literature from Presidency University. Then I completed my M.A. in Development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. My work has involved designing proposals & grants, budget development, and implementation M&E structures. I have documented the processes, initiatives and success stories of the impact that had been done at the community-level by the organization over 20 years, created IECs, reports, films etc. These reports were further consolidated as part of the digital content for the redesigning of the website. My skills include - 1. Content development - digital content, written content, creating illustrations and digital designs, video editing. 2. Project management and development - strategizing plan of action, monitoring and evaluation.
