The present study focused on designing and development of lipid based nanoformulation for improved efficacy and oral bioavailability of phytotherapeutics of Tinospora cardifolia (TC) stem extract. Nanoemulsions were prepared by sonication-solvent evaporation method and optimized for encapsulation efficiency, release kinetics as well as stability parameters by pseudo-ternary phase diagrams.
