I have been working in different companies with different targets: corporative costumers, Pymes and final home costumers. My work experience in Venezuela consisted of contacting representatives from Companies like Hewlet Packard, Epson, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Etc.
Also customer assistance in IT. I have been working both as a first liner and as a second liner (Backoffice). mainly gave support to corporative users and helped them with issues regarding Windows, Internet connection, Active Directory, password reset, among others. Some of the tools I had to use to face the users’ issues were Airwatch and Bomgar (remote desktop connection with them) among others.
I am a very procedural and organized person. I like to work in a team, to learn with other people about their experiences and to listen to their advices in order to improve my skills and grow personally and help my team to do so.
