Programmer /Web Developer Required to Fix voting plug in on Wordpress URGENTLY

My website, has voting going on at the moment , as in people , register to vote for an event. However, the voting plug in is not working properly as it should. I would want someone experienced enough to fix it so that, when people register, they do not need to wait for a password or username , they could simply proceed to voting and they will be on the way. This simplifies, things and they receive an e-mail at the end thanking them for their vote and their pre-registered details. I will need this completed in the next few hours.
