Wordpress - PHP Coding - Modify Form Sync API Code

We have a Wordpress site where people can register to be coaches through a Gravity Form. After completing the form we have a custom PHP script that pushes the data to another system called Freeagent. We made some changes to the form and need to update our script to correctly sync the new data. Project details are below: Details 1. Form is here: [login to view URL] - u: test - pw: Freelancer88390 2. I will provide WP access, FTP, Access to Freeagent (the 3rd party site that gets the data). We have existing code utilizing the API that you can use for reference. Here is documentation from Freeagent: [login to view URL] 3. Need to have tasks completed in 3 days. 4. Add your code in /child-theme/funcincludes/coach_sync.php. The existing code can be used as a starting place. Can find some reference examples in [login to view URL] 5. This is a development server, so ok for testing. Project Requirements 1. On the form, there is a field that says "Not You? If the above name and email are incorrect. Click here to login to your account or create a new profile." Add functionality so that link logs out the current user, then redirects them to: [login to view URL] 2. After completing the form, the data should get pushed into Freeagent. Map fields as outlined below: - Look up existing FreeAgent record based on field FreeAgent Id (for contact) (id: 24). This is a hidden field added to the form which contains the Freeagent contact id. This is stored in the Wordpress user profile and auto populated to the form. The Contact record should already exist in Freeagent from when the user first registered. If no matching contact is found in Freeagent based on ID, then create a new contact with the info and send an error email to me. - First Name > First Name - Last Name > Last Name - Email > Primary Email - Best Cell Phone Number > Primary Cell Number - Will you be the head coach for your team? > Coach Recommendation Type - What City? > Region - What Location? > Location (on the form, Location is possible 6 different fields, pull the value based on which City they selected. See file /funcincludes/[login to view URL] line 122 for how we handled this on other form) - Division of Coaching > Division of Coaching - What is the name(s) of the child(ren) you wish to coach? > Potential Coach Notes - Season > Season (the Freeagent field is multiselect. If Contact already has another season listed, add to it, don't replace it. So final value could be ['Spring 2024', 'Fall 2024', 'Spring 2023']) - In Freeagent set 'Coach Application Completed' to 'Yes' - In Freeagent set 'Coach Application Date' to the current date Let me know if you have questions.
