Provided that you can supply all photos and content, I could have your website redesigned within 2-3 days. For me, your website should showcase your work more effectively and I'd recommend a responsive redesign with a central 'frame' which will showcase some of your best work and the reasons why visitors should hire you. Beneath this central 'frame', we should add some social media feeds in order to encourage social engagement, possibly adding some testimonials from previous clients.
