CSS changes and new Menu structure for Wordpress site

The project requires some modifications to a Wordpress web site built using WooThemes Canvas theme. The project is described in more detail in the attached document. Apart from the menu task which will require additions to [login to view URL] and so likely some knowledge of php it is not complicated. Here are the key requirements; each is described in more detail in the attached 2 page document.
