i have gone through your requirement and am interested in working on the same the concept of the app is good but the bluetooth connection does not happen the way you want as user will have to have bluetooth on in order to get data from other users our plan is quite simple we will have UI done first for the app with flow as per your description, once thats done, we have shall do the db design for the app we shall cover the other aspect of the app when you open PMB so we can discuss more in details kindly review our completed apps sent to you via pmb and let me know your feedback thanks
