A simple text recognizer - need Delphi code

I need a piece of Delphi code for the following task. Just the code, no GUI, no anything. I will simply incorporate it in my program. Task: I am capturing a string with text which I need to recognize. The possible text is limited to several phrases and numbers. However, those same phrases are displayed slightly differently under 4 different scenarios. This [login to view URL] archive contains a subfolder for each scenario: BEL, ERP, SWS, TTN. Each subfolder contains 16 .bmp files with 10 numbers and 6 phrases that can be displayed. Additionally, the root folder has the three larger screenshots where you can see how the full string is displayed. I need to be able to recognize a sample (e.g. read the number) regardless of the scenario it is displayed under. So basically, I need to "match" those 64 samples into 16 quadruplets. Furthermore, a fifth scenario may occur which would display those same 16 samples slightly differently again, and I want the code to be able to work with it. Once again, all I need is Delphi code with comments, no GUI or anything fancy.
