dll injection

We want to run an exe which will terminate/suspend all the dll injections from memory without making windows unstable. We have seen that many viruses do the dll injection into any process as soon as it is launched and does not allow it to execute so we want to run this dll injection master exe which will suspend all such dlls or exes and so that original process can be ezxecuted propelry. I can give samples if you want.
