sell gift certificates via website

I have a cleaning business and our website is www.precisionclean.net. I want to create the gift certificates pages so users can purchase gift certificates via our website. I would the ability for someone to go our website and select to purchase a specific denomination of gift certificate ($25, $50, $100) and also the quantity of that amount they would like to purchase. I also want the ability to manually assign "discounts" where I can set something like 15% off of your purchase. I also want the ability for you to select if it is for you or enter a gift recipient’s information. I currently have [login to view URL] hosting and have set up a QuickBooks e-commerce merchant account. So I need to integrate the QuickBooks account into the payment processing. My [login to view URL] hosting plan is the Delux Hosting on Linux. Please make sure you are able to complete the job per my requests with out requiring additional purchases on my part. I dont want to use the [login to view URL] shopping or any others, I want a fully functional way that I can use that will integrate with Quickbooks that will not require me to pay the monthly fees that would be required if I used [login to view URL] shopping or any others.
