Simple iPhone Application with web control

Simple app, opens with logo, fades into text box where a user enters their ZIP code, once they press search it searches a list of pre-created "places" in their area, when they click on the one they want, a screen will appear which will have two text boxes. They can "subscribe" to a place to receive notifications on their phone when the status is changed or a administrator of that place posts a new announcement. Next is an administration website, needs a pretty landing page with specified text and a contact page. There will also be a login button, there will be two types of accounts, a system administrator, which I will have, in were I can add new accounts and add new places that only a specific account can edit, and there will be a place administrator account, which will be created by the system administrator and can control a place by adding a new status and post a notification.
