redesign a website

I need to have this website [login to view URL] re designed it needs to go with the logo i have made which i will attach it needs to be more modern and look attaractive and clean. i have tried to let someone on here do it and this is what they did and they disappeared never heard from them again. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] here is what the client wants........ The site also doesn't shrink well. Here is what I need from you as we discussed. I need a webstie that is easy to navigate with all the stuff I have up now and all the stuff that will be put up later. This week I am adding an Emmy pool and have no idea where it fits in with the design you gave me. I also need to add a football pool that's missing. With what you gave me I still need to pay my programmer to fix. Under the hot links you still haven't given me anything. My programmer did the one's I have now. If this project is to hard for you or I you are not going to be able to deliver what was agreed upon lets talk. Otherwise lets put this in high gear and get it right.
