Need a semi custom e-commerce website

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a semi custom e-commerce website using the Opencart platform. Design and Theme: - Open to suggestion Functionalities and Features: - I have a list of specific functionalities and features that I need for the website. - Login System: THE WEBSITE WILL HAVE 3 log ins all require private password : 1. will be for retail which will have the individual left over pcs that will sell by 1 unit in eBay, Amazon, Facebook market place etc and the website. 2. will be for wholesalers which will be for people that buy boxes of the goods of 12 pcs ,24 pcs 48 pcs , 72 pcs and so on and 3 will be for big wholesale buyers that buy the whole inventory like one container load etc. This customer will have the best price of all. Each individual will see a different price accordingly to the qty they are buying. All items should have weight options. So shipping charges will be calculated by weignt of the box in realtime. -Multiple Warehouse: The website can have multiple warehouses in different countries from partners that when they order certain products that inventory will pass to that particular warehouse and I will be able to see what is there live. What ever sale gets made there It gets sent to me. In other words they will be my customers but will have inventory that I can see what they have left at each individual warehouse. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ARE PARTNERS AND THEY LOG IN DIFFERENT and maybe will have a price stipulated to them. -Multiple Pricing: Also I can control the prices from each individual at each warehouse(example : if they log in from Medellin Colombia to buy and it’s from warehouse # 2 and that person logs in they will see an item at 6 dollars and if the warehouse # 3 logs from Cali Colombia they can see the prices at 7 dollars this is done because even though is same city some cities I can sell more expensive also they can log in from Peru or Ecuador etc these will be franchises so they will be warehouses where I can see their inventory. -Inventory: Back end inventory should be able to print the inventory on all the items or chosen item and IT SHOULD COME OUT WITH PICTURE OF ITEM AND QTY BY SIZES . - Incorporated email managing system that emails each individual if it’s retail the picture that has just been uploaded or any sale marketing information to each section customer with its respective price … for instance WHOLSESALER gets email with his prices and retail with retail prices - Should have WhatsApp messenger integrated - The items on retail can be posted in other websites and if paid on those websites the item will get discounted from my main website once the purchase has been concluded. LIKE DROP SHIPPING in other words people can post my stuff somewhere else and sell it I get my money and they get their money and it will get discounted from my website. - We will sell clothing , shoes , perfumes , cosmetics , accessories
