Custom Design Upgrade

Hello! We need to redesign the template of our current site, DopeFile.com. We need fully customized designed. Color scheme must be light. More details will be provided along with the project execution. Here're some requirements : 1. New Homepage (like twitter w/ background images) Full width supported. 2. Change upload style file info and progress bar etc (professional look). 3. Create a new download page with custom file icons, embed and share options advertisement space should be there (download button should be big enough so users can see it with comfort ex. zippyshare's download button). 4. Create new "My Account" page design in user's account. 5. Create new "My Files" page design. 6. Create new signup page (when users click on signup the new page should display first with options of FREE & PREMIUM ACCOUNT (ex. Mediafire). 7. Bootstrap should be used if required to make it more feasible for different devices. So, there're some critical things to take care of : -> First of we're using the Xfile Sharing Pro Script by Sibsoft of version 2.3 (latest). (This is very important, any wrong activity can result in the inaccessibility of the website). -> Skills required for this job are : PERL Expertise, HTML5, CSS3, Photoshop, JS etc. If you're a member of a development team that can perform multi development at the same team, then your application will be highly entertained.
