Create a website for small business

XanderDiesel i a small company located in Poland that repairs fuel systems. We need new website for our business. Website will be created in Polish language, I will provide text for each page. There will be about 30 pages in that website. We will provide photos of our repaired parts. All photos will have some minor shadows that might have to be taken out, or if it will good on the website shadows can stay. We will figure it out what looks better. Sample photos are in attachments to this project. Design that we are looking for is clean website, we are looking for something like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We have already bought the first template from templatemonster, but person that was going to modify it has different job now and we are looking for someone new. Website can be created with use of this template or without it (but it will need the search engine that template is using). Website must be responsive to screen resolution change. When website will be ok, it is going to be translated to 4 other languages (we don't need translation from website creator - someone else is gonna do it, but pasting translated texts into website will be needed). It will be English, German, Ukrainian and Slovak. There is no need to hurry in this project, I would like to close it in about a month.
