Create a copy of a one page website for my own use

I would like to create what would look is a cloned copy of [login to view URL] I am after: 1. The same effects such as the embedded Google Maps virtual tour slide show that you can move around right from the home page 2. The you tube video that can be resized smaller if you decrease the screen width. 3. The ability of the horizontal black bar where it says "Enhance your Listing" to compress down to a single column when looking at it on a smartphone. 4. I am also after this site looking good a very readable on mobile devices. Again, I want to use the clone concept here. I would like this site to look like [login to view URL] does on a mobile phone. 5. I would also like the contact form at the bottom if this is possible within the budget. 6. I am after the complete files for this project that I can upload to the company doing my hosting via FTP.. I will use my own graphics. You can just insert a placeholder name or graphic. Again, basically a clone of this site would be fine but without stepping on the original copywrite of the owner of this site and I want something that I can modify myself as I am OK at basic HTML and want the ability to modify it.
