Builde me a website for LMS

I want to build a website for re-selling courses like Udemy – Coursera but just for local Turkish Education Market. This website will be a main website for all • corporate courses that are physical (in buildings) learning center for high school tutoring courses – language courses etc. My main customers will be this corporate learning centers – they will have their private pages via the main page and then all learning centers will start to build their online courses in their pages. Each corparates page could be with password protection or not (this must be an option while building this corparates page) Then they will start to build their courses via separate instructors. They must be able to sell their courses via credit cards. They may be able to define for each student according to their buying a limited time to reach to their courses. There must be an online student success observing system. The lessons completing percentage – quiz and exam points.
