PROJECT BRIEF Signature Lawn Care Website Rebuild Introduction: Singature lawn care currently has a webstie that was created, designed, and hosted in 2017. Signature lawn care is in the process of enhancing its marketing presence to grow their overall business in the Des Moines area market. Vision: There will be new marketing approaches to enhance awareness and coversion for the businees. The approach is outlined below: 1. Define and implement brand positions 2. Elevate communication message through improved content per month for images 3. Revamp .com to deliver best in class UX and content in order to drive conversion 4. Invest in digital marketing Outcome: • Increase traffice • Improve customer retention, decrease drop rate • Increase time per visit • Increase lead and contact information/sign up (MQL Source) • Capture data and reporting Scope: Revamp the current website blow.
