Build website for production company with equipment rental functionality

I need a modern, slick and responsive website built for an existing company specialising in providing concert audio and lighting services. I require a stunning home page with links to pages that showcase and describe each service we offer. These should only need to be one page, but will need to have an “enquire” type button on each that collects necessary details and emails me with the service page included in the subject field. Services would amount to no more than 4. There should also be a menu linking to the normal “about”, “contact” and “gallery” page. That’s the normal stuff, the main function of this website is to provide equipment hire to the public, and will need to be able to show a calendar they can choose dates from that can also show availability either in unit quantity or a simple yes/no for the specific dates chosen. There should be an “add to hire” button (like add to cart) so they can choose multiple items. Once customer has all items chosen I am open to suggestions on accepting bookings without payment, with a deposit or payment in full. Whatever is easier, I have a merchant account. I’m aware this can be done in wordpress/woocommerce with a plug-in for booking, but I don’t have the time. I’d like the site to be populated with some demo content (photos, text, products). I will change all that later when done.
