We have a current website which is not SEO friendly and we want to redo the entire website with a fresh new start. The work will all be done offline before we ever point it to the new website so as not to disrupt our current site. Our ecommerce solution needs to be able to incorporate various options that our products have - things like color choice, size options, additional shelves, knob and handle choices, etc. Most of the items on our site are free shipping, but it will need to calculate UPS charges for orders less than $50. We want to be able to have many product photos, a product video or two, as well as 360 degree imaging. It must be SEO friendly so that when we hire a new marketing agency, they will be able to so SEO on the site. We would like to have the ability to do customer reviews on site, as well as a blog (we currently have one done in WordPress on our current site). It needs to be able to handle PDF documents such as specification sheets, installation instructions and similar. It needs to be able to handle FAQ, installation videos and other things we currently have on site. Under our "nice to have options for later down the road" are things such as chat and Employment applications on the site. Since we have 1000's of products, it would make it much easier if we can import/export the product data to the site - something we cannot easily do with our current site. I'm not tied to a specific design, and do not necessarily need custom graphics either. What I'm more interested in is building a site that will keep customer engaged and sell products and provide a good return on investment. Price is not the only thing that will determine who we ultimately choose, I want to work with someone who will be able to deliver everything we want and need for the future.
