Website designer/programmer for a basic website. Due in one week. Fixed Price - $80 USD.

We are looking to have a simple 5-6 page menu based website. It is very primary, since we are actually looking for a strategic presentation purpose right now - and if that goes well we will invest more on it. It is just a report that we need to present via website initially. So our budget is a bit limited - $120-150, including web hosting for 3 months. Project must be finished within the one week deadline. All content for the website will be provided after you are hired. Any web host can be used. The following are the essential requirements in order to be hired: 1) Provide at least 6 sample websites that you have previously designed. 2) Understand and speak English. 3) Contactable by both email and instant messenger 4) Program and design a basic 5 page website that functions properly. 5) Meet a one week deadline for website completion and finalization. 6) Provide multiple design templates that we can choose from. (Html or Wordpress) 7) Understand that payment will only be submitted if project is completed successfully. 8) Include a web hosting service OR Google webspace Once again, payment for this project will be sent after website is delivered and working properly.
