Changes to Wordpress website to allow for affiliate advertising

My website was created using Wordpress. Please view the site prior to bidding. Listed below are the changes I need completed. (1) Move ad categories all the way to the left of page & decrease width (2) Put “Just Listed-Most Popular-Random” to the right of Ad Categories (3) Change name “JUST LISTED” to “Latest Listings” (4) Place a column to the right of “Just Listed-Most Popular-Random” where I can place affiliate ads easily. (5) Place a column below “JUST LISTED-MOST POPULAR-RANDOM” where I can place affiliate ads. (6) Allow for different affiliate advertising on Header & Right side of each page (7) Allow for different affiliate advertising on each ad….for instance there are 15 ads placed for babysitting…I would like to be able to place a different ad on each ad page above the Contact-Map-Poster-Offers (8) Increase traffic to website & increase Free Registration & Free ad postings. Focus on Canada & USA
