Simple edit and modification of my Spring Roo website

I have a Spring Roo project that has 3 entities: Document, Repartizare(Reference) and Service. (Document->ONE_TO_MANY-> Repartizare). When i input a new Repartizare I must assign it to a Document with the help of a drop down list. This is not ideal when there are many records for the Document entity. What I would like for you to do is: 1. Replace the drop down list with a search box for Document type entities. The search box will display results after entering at least 3 characters. 2. After a new input for Document the website will forward to 'Create new Repartizare' and the Document just created is selected automatically. More details with screenshots in the word document below.
