Web Site Design for hosted VoIP Company

I posted this job this past January and did not have any success in finding a good designer to complete the project. So, I will post it again. Our current site is [login to view URL] and the site needs a major work-over. The site MUST BE be completed in WordPress as a template design. I want this new site to have a warm look and feel giving the impression that we give the best customer service for small to medium businesses. The target business customer is small business with 5 to 50 employees with remote working employees who need to stay in communications with other staff. Differentiation from our competitors is what we are looking for. We have been selling hosted pbx services for more than 7 years, we own our data center and have been in the data center business since 2000. I will need good content for this web site and will not accept copying content from a competitors web site. The content can be similar but must be original. Project is posted as a small project and I will consider this as larger if you show me you can handle this project without my help. I need more than just a web designer, I need a marketing person that understands the goals we are working to achieve. I need a turn-key web site that will need only little changes to go live. You need to have a good understanding of the business class hosted pbx market and understanding of how hosted pbx services work.
