452896 Music Page for Video & You Tube Channel Design 2

Hi I need someone to create an html page with a screen that will import a video from a youtube page. l am running a contest, so this page will also contain a link to a 2nd page [login to view URL] that states the contest rules and terms and conditions below the video. Also I need you to design the YouTube page ... it should have a nice design layout incorporating my logo (company logo). The video will be loaded into the YouTube channel and then it will be embedded into the website from the YouTube Page. So make sure there is a small backend admin section that allows me to login and upload embedded video link as well as the info for the terms & conditions, etc. I already have the domain and I estimate (as long as you know what you are doing, that this project will take 3 to 4 hours. Fairly easy work. I will choose a winner within 24 hours of bidding, and project will commence the following business day. I need this site launched and video channel launched by Friday. If you get it launched on Thursday, I will pay you a 15% bonus on your bid!!!!
