NOTE: I will respond only after bidding closes on this project I want to build a site similar to [login to view URL] . It will be a home page that people can use to search multiple search engines. One of the main differences between my site and the forementioned is that it will be in English rather than Russian. The search engines will be google, msn, yahoo and wikipedia. There will be an RSS pick up feed under the search field for local and international news ( much like the qip site) The other difference is I want to put logos with links at the bottom of the page. The links will look very much like the clickable logos found on an 'iphone'. They will be square with a design that makes sense to what they link to. There will be approximately 10 links in total (Note that is where the graphic design is required) Also the site will be scalable.. it will have the ability to sense the city that is loading the page and send the appropriate rss feed and the proper links at the bottom of the page. I would like the ability to see the daily stats, cities looking and number of inqiries from each city. Also the ability to manage what links are shown for each city and where they are directed for that city. As a fore instance, a weather link will require that the person be directed to a different website depending upon the city they are from, or another example, imagine a restaurant link, even though all the cities have the same link at the bottom of the page, they will require a different website to be directed to for each city....
