Graphic Designer needed to handle - cover designs - quick web design - landing page designs - email designs WORKFLOW We will give you the basic looks, designs that we want - and give you deadlines that we need them. We'll describe them or provide links to existing designs and hope you can communicate through the designs. What we truly need is someone who can help us create the consistency in our designs from NOW FORWARD - and ensure that other designs that we work with can follow the guidelines, fonts, standards that we put in place. We'll call on you spontaneously, as-needed and throughout the week to either - DO the work - OVERSEE the work Right now we need to get some of the design work done. We do a lot of digital product creation so most of the design will be web designs or digital product covers. We look good clean, simple yet sexy, sophisticated designs. High quality fonts (Hoefler styles) and good spacing and good typography. YOU MUST understand - typography - font selection - spacing - color blending - MUST be able to work fast - * we DO NOT work on traditional timelines - at this phase of the business, we are LOOKING to get things done FAST, within 12 or 24 hours * - the FASTER the better! So if you want to work on traditional 2-3 day turnarounds, please do NOT REPLY!!! This is for the person who wants to be a part of something big. We are a very popular and ever growing brand, with a ton of exposure and we'll be glad to recommend you, provide you as a resource and give a good testimonial. We just need loyalty, reliability, promptness, creativity and SPEED SPEED SPEED. You must be available on skype - and be able to work quick, fast and under pressure.
