easy web design project

We need someone to build a fairly simple website for a building project. We need this to be from start to finish, you must do the design, coding, upload it to our host and give us three months of support. (We will pay extra if there is more than two or three changes after it is done) The main page will include a project description, some photos, and possibly some flash graphics. Sub pages will include artists renderings, floor plans, contact us, neighborhood amenities, links to past projects/portfolio and possible a few others. There will be between 12 and 20 total pages and the content will all be [login to view URL] is for a large and prominent commercial building so the site needs to look clean, sleek, modern and well designed. You must be able to communicate clearly in English and provide a link to your portfolio via PM. Any bids without a PM with portfolio or past work will be rejected immediately. Strong possibility of future work if done satisfactorily.
