Create 2 Wordpress Sites and Create Logo

I need someone to create 2 new Wordpress websites for me. I need both websites to look similar to a "model" website: website #1 has to look similar to - [login to view URL] website #2 has to look similar to - [login to view URL] I want both websites to be created using Wordpress because I am familiar with the WP dashboard, and I need to be able to login and edit pages/posts/pictures/text and stuff like that. I dont need you to create content. I will create all of the website content myself. I just need someone to look at the "model websites" that I have listed, figure out which Wordpress theme they need to use in order to make it look similar to the model websites, and customize the theme. I need someone who will be willing to accept payment upon completion of the project. I don't feel comfortable paying money upfront. However, if you do a good job with these 2 websites, I would absolutely use you again for more Wordpress and web design projects in the future. Please only bid on this project if you are VERY confident that you can create 2 Wordpress websites that look like the "model websites" i have listed above. I need someone who will be able to create the websites, and then allow me to review them and make whatever changes are necessary until the websites look how I need them to look.
