Basic Web Site Design and Finish and Marketing

What I am looking for is a basic web site for selling whale watching and fishing charters. I am looking for a basic front page that with some flash media for mutilple pictures of whales people will see on tour and fish they might catch. This page will have prices and do the primary selling of the site. The second page will have information regarding details about the whales, and a third page will have details about fishing. A fourth page will have the other tours we will sell for other people. So the links we will need are 5 to start with: Home / Whale Information / Fishing Information / Other Tours We Sponsor / Products I would like this job finished right away, like 3 days. Please do not contact me if you cannot do the job as many people tell me they can on this site when they cannot. Lets not waste any time, your or mine and then I can have several jobs for you as we learn to work together. In the future I will need a team for linux and psql work regarding the software "[login to view URL]" or called opentaps. So if you have the time to look into it see if this is something you can handle. Again, many people say they can work with this software when they cannot.
