150 One Way Links

We need 150 one-way (non reciprocal), quality, relevant, permanent, PR2+ or greater links. Only experienced Link Builders please. I will provide you our target anchor text/title and link to a given page. THIS WILL AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDING or constant emails over certain sites. You can then devote your time in achieving results. 3. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. 4. All links must be permanent. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, blogs, Google banned site, black-hat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites 6. No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) 10. Links must be from 80% Australian based 20% UK Based websites [login to view URL] pages must be related to our site such as Jewellery, gifts, shopping sites. E.T.C 12. There should be minimum 10 links from PR6+ pages, 20 or more links from PR5+ pages and rest of the links could be from PR4+ web pages. 13. One link per site (IP). and not on the same C Blocks, No duplicate links on any web site. (geographically diverse- AU & UK, different class-c IP address block). 14 Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once. We can discuss this .Please place time frame in PMB. I have being penalized before for this and my PR3+ dropped to PR1+ 15. Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) 16. No blacklisted or spam sites. 17. No more than 20 outbound links per page. 18. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 19. Links must be on a PAGE with a required Google PR, not PR of the site. 20. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. All links must be visible and readable 21. All Links must be from topically relevant English language-based developed websites (not under construction) 22. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 23. If I am happy with your work and I see positive results I will be looking to pay someone on monthly basis for a continued campaign. Payment : 50% of the Payment will be made via GAF escrow after all the 150 links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be made only after the links have been cached by Google.
