American Voice Artist Required

We require a voice over for an cartoon animation which is to be placed on a website. The copy is attached herewith. The animation may require two changes to the vocals 1. As the government (in blue) 2. As Emilio’s (in red) and the rest can be the normal voice. If you can do a voice for Emilio a little funnier or anxious sounding that suites the character that would be great!, as per the government a little high energy vocal and for the rest you could use a normal narration voice. Please send samples and costing. Need to start ASAP! Realistic bids with good vocals only.
