I need a modified version of the code below. The code places a phone call using microsoft's phone dialer as the call manager. The code works fine in this example. I would like a working verion of the code for my office where I need to dial out several sets of numbers along with pauses and a # sign. This example has "18881234567" which would place the call through the dialer. If I were to cahnge it to the following:
"18885555555,,,113385#,,,18881234567"
The phone dialer would refuse to place that call. The commas are 1 second pauses in the phone dialer.
Please only bid on this project if you have a working modified version of the code below. I'm sure additional lines of code might be necessary, or different API, but I do not want a copy of some TAP application that you pull off from [login to view URL] or the like.
If selected I would need to have this immediately, so please only bid if you have this done or havee done it before.
Here is the code i'm working with:
------------------------------------------------------------------
Private Declare Function tapiRequestMakeCall Lib "TAPI32.DLL" (ByVal Dest As _
String, ByVal AppName As String, ByVal CalledParty As String, _
ByVal Comment As String) As Long
' make a phone call using TAPI
' return True if successfull
Function PhoneCall(ByVal PhoneNumber As String, ByVal DestName As String, _
Optional ByVal Comment As String) As Boolean
If tapiRequestMakeCall(Trim$(PhoneNumber), [login to view URL], Trim$(DestName), _
Comment) = 0 Then
PhoneCall = True
End If
End Function
Sub CallNumber()
PhoneCall "18881234567", [login to view URL]
End Sub
