excel based time sheet

I want to put in place a basic time sheet (using excel?) for each contractor that I use Log time spent during the day This time needs to be split between either customers, internal or time spent on a specific project I want to review the task description I want the time sheets to be daily with each tab representing the week. For the mangers workbook I want a dashboard that is graphical and shows a summary view for the following items:- Main screen showing dashboard for all project time per project and overall. And the same for customer activity Each tab I want to see individual contractor information again a gui / graph view time I want to be able to generate a report for individual customers and projects showing activity and time spent during the month
