excel macro1

I need an Excel macro that does the following: Starting from the active cell: Go one cell down. If this cell (below the active cell) is empty, copy the content from the cell above into this cell. Then move one cell down and repeat the previous steps. In case the cell down is not empty, move further down and repeat the previous steps. The algorith can end at a cell containing some kind of 'stop content', e.g. *# (when a cell is filled with this stop content, the algorithm stops). The macro should be activated with Shift + q Please provide the code in plain text, I will copy it into my excel macro. I estimate the time for writing this macro to be less than one hour. I estimate the effort for this project
